These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of a golf cart provided by Atlantic Golf Cart Rentals ("Atlantic"). By booking or using our services, you agree to follow the rules outlined below. A more detailed rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking.

Updates & Revisions

Atlantic may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website. We’ll notify you of any major changes that affect your rights or responsibilities.

Who Can Drive

Only licensed drivers aged 18 or older may operate our carts. Drivers must be sober and fit to drive. Violating this rule terminates your rental agreement immediately.

Proper Use

• Carts are for paved public roads with speed limits of 35mph or lower.
• Driving on beaches is strictly prohibited by Florida law.
• Don't exceed the cart’s seating capacity.
• Pull over and allow traffic to pass when needed.
• Obey all local and state traffic laws.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver your golf cart to your rental location and pick it up at the end of your rental period. You are not required to return the cart yourself. Please ensure the cart is accessible for pickup at the scheduled time to avoid delays or extra charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel at least 14 days before your rental to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days are refunded minus a $25 admin fee.
• Same-day cancellations may not be refunded.

Damage, Loss & Fees

Renters are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period. Fees include:

• Lost charger: $350
• Broken windshield: $100
• Lost key: $25

If your cart breaks down, we’ll dispatch a mobile technician or replacement cart as soon as possible within our Florida service area.

Risk & Responsibility

Renting a golf cart comes with some risk. You’re responsible for your safety and the safety of passengers. You agree to use the cart responsibly and assume all risks associated with its use.

Indemnification

By using our service, you agree to hold Atlantic harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your or your guests’ use of the cart.

Payments & Charges

• Full rental amount is charged upon receiving your signed rental agreement.
• Late pickup due to cart inaccessibility may result in a $50 fee and an additional rental day charge.
• Damage costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

Legal Note

Failure to make the cart accessible for pickup may result in additional charges. Florida law (Statute 812.155) considers the refusal to return rented property a criminal offense. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental.
